I process personal data only where necessary to provide this website, communicate with visitors, respond to enquiries and provide my services.
Depending on the processing activity, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c) or (f) GDPR.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
3. Hosting and Wix
This website is created and hosted using Wix.com. Wix may process technical information when you visit the website, including IP address, device and browser information, log data and information necessary to provide and secure the website.
Wix may process data on servers in different countries, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards for international data transfers are used.
Wix acts as a data processor for website visitor data processed on behalf of the website owner and provides a Data Processing Agreement for Wix users.

At present, Brandfidence does not use separately connected Google Analytics/Google Tag, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel integrations.
Wix may nevertheless process technical and aggregated website usage information as part of operating and securing the website.
If additional analytics or advertising services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and, where required, the cookie consent settings will be updated accordingly.
6. Contact form, email and telephone
If you contact me through the contact form, by email or by telephone, the information you provide is processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and communicating with you.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
The information will be deleted when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Calendly
This website may use Calendly to allow visitors to schedule meetings.
When you book a meeting, information such as your name, email address, appointment details and any information you voluntarily provide may be processed by Calendly LLC.
The processing is carried out for the purpose of arranging and managing appointments and, where applicable, taking steps prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Calendly states that it provides a Data Processing Addendum and uses mechanisms including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant international data transfers.

This website contains links to Brandfidence profiles on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
If these are ordinary links only, no data is transmitted to the respective platform merely because the link appears on this website. When you click a link, you leave this website and the privacy policies of the respective platform apply.
9. AI-assisted content
Brandfidence uses artificial intelligence tools as part of its creative and professional workflow. AI may be used to assist with activities such as ideation, research, concept development, copy development, image creation or editing and other creative processes.
Where AI tools are used to process personal or confidential information, such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and appropriate safeguards.
AI-assisted content is reviewed and curated as part of the Brandfidence creative process.
